From the doctorDr. Siegel has witnessed and participated in the meteoric advances in gastrointestinal endoscopy from the primary stages of examining most of the gastrointestinal tract to actually treating most of the disease affecting that system as alternatives to surgery. He believes that prevention is the key element to avoiding the consequences and devastation of gastroinestinal diseases, and it is his feeling that nutritional support and using natural sources instead of drugs is more beneficial and effective. Dr. Siegel believes in the the cost effectiveness and safety of such treatment. He has received the Master Endoscopy Award from the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
