|From the doctor||Jennifer Marti, MD is a dual fellowship-trained surgeon specializing in endocrine, breast & melanoma surgery. Following medical school and general surgery residency at New York University School of Medicine, she completed advanced surgical fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Yale.
Dr. Marti specializes in the treatment of benign and malignant disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands and breast. These conditions include hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism (Graves disease, toxic multinodular goiter, solitary toxic adenoma), thyroid cancer, and breast cancer. She has expertise in minimally invasive parathyroidectomy, thyroidectomy, central compartment lymph node dissection, modified radical neck dissection, laparoscopic adrenalectomy, and nipple-sparing mastectomy. Veracyte Afirma thyroid FNA analysis is available for indeterminate thyroid nodules.
As an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she has presented at national meetings, and published in peer reviewed journals in endocrine and breast surgery.
