From the doctorDr. Attia has been interested in the teaching and education of trainees in gastroenterology as well as the practice of clinical gastroenterology. He has over thirty years of experience in treating a variety of gastrointestinal problems including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer of the gastrointestinal tract and malabsorptive hepatic, and pancreatic disorders. He is able to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Dr. Attia is also interested in preventive medicine.
